For all warranty claims, please contact our customer service department by email (link to contact form), and attach the following items:
- Purchase invoice
- A photo of the problem
- A photo that shows your entire appliance
- A photo of the nameplate on the plancha - French griddle (located on the frame)
- For any request concerning a cast-iron plate, include a photo of the serial number on the plate (on the back of the plate, consisting of three numbers and one letter).
- Your postal address and telephone number
Our after-sales service will get back to you within 72 hours (working days).
After a diagnosis based on the documents and photos in your care file, our after-sales service will suggest the most appropriate solution:
- remote care
- or returning the appliance to our workshop
If it is necessary to send your appliance to our workshop for repair, you will receive a return slip to enclose with your appliance, and a prepaid shipping label.
Outside metropolitan France, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Each request will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The return of any product for workshop testing or exchange is subject to the prior agreement of the LE MARQUIER after-sales service department.
